1) Opers are required to send a request to Cservice, from their registered email addresses, so the channame can be
checked by all who receive/received recent apps and so we can check all
recent mails to see if there is any news regarding the channame.
2) We will use a 1 month/4 weeks time frame in which recently active chans
are protected by operregs so users may attempt to successfully register the
channel. This means that there is a minimum of a month from the last app
sent, last mention in the news for any practical reason, etc. (a spam is
not a practical reason)
3) Opers are required to be opped in the chan to make such a request.
4) No operregs will be granted for any oper within 60 days from their
last operreg, unless instructed by Net-com or we decide as a committee to
grant it.
5) Operregs are a privilege and cannot interfere with any other users who
occupy the channel. You may have 1 bot in the channel if its easily identifiable
as belonging to you such as same ident@ or realname, but no others should
be in the channel prior to registration.
